New Mortgage Rate Update

Mortgage rates may finally be headed down.

After rising rapidly in 2022, the average 30-year mortgage rate has mostly hovered between 6-7% since the start of the year.

But, economists at the National Association of Realtors, Fannie Mae, and the Mortgage Bankers Association are forecasting that they could dip below 6% by year’s end.
